Aashish Mittal, veteran techie and IIT Delhi alumni wanted to address a crucial piece of hiring: interviews.

Having built and scaled successful teams, the Mittal brothers realized that hiring was difficult across companies and sectors. It takes up the bandwidth of the team that comes at the cost of building the product itself. Not to mention, a talented engineer does not equate to expertise in interviewing.

There was strong organic growth on the client side because of the value proposition. So the team turned their attention to the candidate side. They aimed to offer the best interview experience and a bias-free perspective for hiring while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
